Powerpoint

After Microsoft Excel, we started learning about Microsoft PowerPoint. When learning about PowerPoint, we learned about the different views and the effects in a presentation. Apart from that, I also learned how to format and/or edit multiple slides and other animations. I learned very much on this program. Now, I can use it more efficiently for school work.

MS Excel continued...

Continuing on Microsoft Excel, we learned different new features for better worksheet production. We also focused on formulas and functions and their advanced properties. On the other hand, I also learned about how to incorporate charts and tables. With the charts and tables, we learned how to modify them and give them different styles. With what we practiced in class, I learned more features that have to do with Microsoft Excel.

Excel

On Thursday, 7/13/13, we continued learning about Microsoft Excel. We did the projects 8A, 8B, and 9A. These projects focused on practicing different parts of Excel and learning how to use the program efficiently. During the middle of the class, we chose partners to work on Microsoft Excel. The teams were also for later on projects having to do with the class. Towards the end of class, I did an exercise for Excel terminology.

First Day

Today in my first day of Intro/ Micro Usage, I learned the basics of Windows. I learned the different terminologies of the Windows like the desktop, taskbar, and shortcuts. Another important aspect of Windows is Microsoft Office. With Office, one can word process with programs such as Word and Excel. Other than that, I learned how to compress files and eventually turn them into one zip file and the configurations of a flash drive.
